Quality of your care and safety is important to us!  If you have any concerns regarding patient care or safety issues you may:

Ø      Discuss your concern with the individual in charge of the unit.

Ø      If your concern is not resolved, please contact the Director of Nursing at 252-793-7665 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  After hours, weekends and holidays please leave a voice mail.  Someone will return your call the next business day. 

Ø      If your concern is not handled to your satisfaction, you may contact  the Administrator at 252-793-7654.

Ø      If your concern cannot be resolved, you may report it to our accrediting body:
