Conveniently located on Highway 64 in Plymouth, NC.  From the North, take Hwy 17 South to Highway 45 South.  Take a right on Hwy 64 West.  The hospital is located approximately 2 miles on your left.

From the South, take Highway 95 North to Highway 64 East.

From the East, stay on Hwy 64 until you reach Plymouth.  The hospital is located on your right.

From the West, take Interstate 40 to Raleigh. Exit I-40 onto Highway 64 East to Plymouth.
